Sorensen slams Hutton challenge
Stoke goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen said he was a millimeter of losing sight following a challenge by Alan Hutton Tottenham on Sunday.
The Dane was replaced because of a head injury in the second half of the 2-1 victory on the bottom of the table Spurs.
Sorensen, 32, claimed full recovery, which has been reserved for the incident, could have avoided the collision with him.
"It was a millimeter me lose my sight and it is miraculous that no more damage," said Sorensen.
Sorensen, who joined the potters during the summer on a three-year deal from Aston Villa, revealed he needed Stitcher in its orbit.
"We are at a stage where it is not funny," said the former Sunderland keeper.
"I could not beat me. I had no chance to reach the ball, but he threw himself into it with his studs first.
"The doctor did a very good job if my face is not totally destroyed."
