Tottenham's Giovani faces surgery
Tottenham Mexico international forward Giovani dos Santos is to undergo an exploratory operation after his ankle injury right training.
The 19 years old, who joined Spurs from Barcelona during the summer on a five-year deal, surgery will be Tuesday.
"We hope that the results will be positive so that I can return as soon as possible," said manager Harry Redknapp.

Giovani, who has four caps for Mexico, made 28 appearances for Barcelona last season before his transfer to Tottenham.
So far, he has played nine times for Spurs but has yet to score.
